10 pounds i need to lose 10 pounds! im 15, female, and i weigh 121. please dont tell me i need to lose it, i do for something important! what are some things i can do without pills or anything like that? thanks, i rate well. xo

There are many diets you can take up. South Beach...Weight Watchers.. Slim-Fast...Atkins. The less calories you eat per day, the more weight you'll lose. Its kind of funny but in science class I learned that for example if you eat 3,500 calories a day, you need to burn off 7,000 calories in order to loose ONE POUND. Running a mile will burn about 1,000 calories. Crazy isnt it? So, have less calories, and try to exercise a little. You'll loose weight the healthy way. And if that doesn't work.. theres always crash diets ex. loose 10 pounds in 3 days.

eat celery & drink cranberry juice in place of lunch.
joggings REALLY good excercise.
eat only 1,000-1,500 calories a day.

Limit your calorie intake to 1,000 calories per day. Eliminate the extremely unhealthy foods altogether, such as; soda, cake products, candy, chips, and white bread. Then just try to get in 30 minutes to one hour of cardio vascular work out each day. Some examples of that would be: jogging, running, walking, bicycle riding (stationary or otherwise), jump roping and so on. ]
In the long run, it would be best to go running on a fixed schedule to get into shape, but if you want to lose weight ASAP you should go on a low carb diet.
Avoid eating bread, cake, rice, muffins, etc. ]
you dont trust me, but the best way is to do a lot of excersizes like pushups, situps. or choose a sport like swimming, basketball, track, volleyball, etc.
eat VERRY healthy. eat a variety of vegetables and fruits. then stay away from sugary junk food like sodas and candies. and if possible, eat organic foods. they are good for you

i was watching t.v the other day and it was saying how to lose punds with out pills .. a diet such as maybe a vegtable,maybe sushi or some kind of meat, and something good to dirnnk no sugar// maybe like milk or natural orange juice // if you have any questions just ask ! but that should cover it just watch the calories and excerise alot !!!
