Does anybody know where I can buy leggins? Like to wear under my skirts in the wintertime? Any kind or anything.

the ones that are like capris?? I got some at target, for like 6$ but that was last year!! Look in the socks and panty hose isle!! They were sorta hard to find!!!

If Target does not have them, I would sugest walmart.

I do believe they sell them at Hollister. Also, Jeans Expert and Eclipes. (If you have those stores where you live.) &hearts;
