ipod froze i plugged in my ipod video. after 5 minutes nothing happend, so i went to the toolbar at the bottom [ i use windows xp ] and manually made it so that it would disconnect. it sed it was safe to, but on my ipod it still said it wasnt. i disconnected it and nothing happend. the screen that says do disconnect is still there, and when i did this it was on hold, so no buttons or anything works. its not on hold anymore. what should i do - will give five for ideas that work.

hmm, i always unplug my ipod video when its "still thinking" or whatever, and there is never more than a couple seconds' stall. so i would take it in to see if they can fix it, because if you just got it youll still have your one year warentee for them to fix it free... but yeah i am having some problems figuring out how to work it... like how to put videos on it? what the hellllll ]
