One thing you can do, like everyone else is saying, is close the eye you're putting the eyeliner on and stretch your eyelid out with your finger so it's flat. Then, very slowly and carefully draw on a straight line. The slower you do it, the straighter it will be.

Another thing you can do is try a liquid liner just for the top. This works really good for making a thin, straight line!

Hope I helped!:)

sharpen the eyeliner..

i dont no how to explain what to do so just do this:

for example.. take your right pointer finger..and put it at the end of your right eye and kinda like pull your eye lid so its flat nd your eyelashes dont get in the way.. and then if you get it a little bit thick.. get a Q-Tip.. and just rub off the part thats too thick or whatever

haha sry if its confusing its hard to give makeup tips online

hope i helped

Well, you can always make sure that the tip is nice and sharpened, because the wider the tip is, the wider the line on your lid will be.

A great way to get a straight line is to pull the outer edge of your eye lid towards your ear so it looks like you're eyes are slit. It creates a straighter line for you to draw across instead of a curve.

If you have any more questions about how to do it, just ask. =)

What I do, is use liquid eyeliner and just put it on. It usually looks like CRAP, but then I take a Q-tip and lick the end, then use it to wipe away the excess until I get a perfecet line. It's how I learned and Ive been doing it for almost 9 years.

Make sure the tip is sharp. Also, make sure that you are using the tip and not the side. I always had problems with my eyeliner when I first started using it until I realized that I was not using the tip but the edge. Starting from the outside and working our way in helps too. Mostly because you want your eyeliner to be a little thicker towards the outside. From the outside, just work your way thinner untill you get to the corner of your eye. It just takes practice.
