Im attempting to undergo breast reduction surgery in the next couple months. Just be thankful for what you have... you could be a member of the "itty bitty titty" club lol if they get to big later in life then you can pursue a reduction. Exercising the chest is just going to develop muscles and not slow down growth...you may be experiencing a faster than normal growth spurt and they will look more in proportion as your body starts to grow. You could also work on your pectoral (chest) muscles with weights, and that will change your bust, but not the actual size of your breasts (but together, it will make them appear smaller in comparison).
