I really want to make out with my boyfriend and I already know that he wants to also, but I am self consious of my braces, and I don't know what to do! I know that that sounds pathetic, but I really don't. All of my friends say that I shouldn't be, but i can't help it! How do I get over it and how do I "start" the making out?

braces dont get in the way of making out. i used to be afraid of that also but once your doing it you wont even think of your braces. if you want to make out with your bf just like...pull him away from everybody so your alone or if you already are alone just go for it. hope i helped XoXo plz rate

i have braces to i've made out and it doesn't do anything. if u have a good boyfriend he won't say anything ;-)

Dont be self-consious of your braces theirs really no difference. I mean you don't make out with your teeth. I just got braces in October. It doesn't really make a diffence.

no Sweat it i have braces to but i also dnt have a boyfriend but if he wants to and so do you i think your only scared because if you hurt him with your braces he might break up with you? but just tr it and see how it is or you can tell your boyfriend that your scared you might hurt him.

i madeout with a guy with a lip ring and braces.
and it felt like making out with someone without.
and start the making out by just like giving him a kiss then he will get the hint.

my boyfriend of 3months has braces..and trust me you cant tell at all that they have them..i really doesnt make a difference. so just go out there and give it your best.

Don't be self consious. I dont know if you HAVE made out before like if you just got braces and made out before you did or if you have had them..but it's fun haha. I dont know what it's like to have braces but still I don't think you should be afraid because a lot of my friends taht have braces have made out with having them and they never said anythign is wrong. So don't worry

Having braces isn't any different then not having different. I agree with your friends, you shouldn't be nervous! Lol. You're just scared because you'll think you'll fuck up kissing him BECAUSE of your braces. Don't blame your braces. Don't blame yourself for having them. It's not any different. Just go for the kiss. You won't be the only one doing the kissing, he'll be kissing you too. So don't worry so much. =)
