My IPOD is constantly freezing on me. it also makes this noise when i plug it into the charger. and it won't work, as soon as i press play, it automatically freezes, or the apple sign just shows up. or a folder with and !. what should i do?
jamba_juice101 answered Friday December 30 2005, 6:41 pm: Go to where you bought it from and tell the manager or someone that is at the desk and then tell them to hit play and tell them they should give you another. And if that doesnt work then buy another one or go to a professional that fixes technology. [ jamba_juice101's advice column | Ask jamba_juice101 A Question ]

I also know that recently apple have been having lots of problems with their iPod's. The battery hasnt been lasting, freezing too often etc. When your ipod freezes hold down the middle button and the menu button, this will reset it (if you didnt already know). If it carries on freezing after you have still done this, send it back to apple or take it back to the shop you have brought it from.

If you can retrn it and get your money back or have them repair it thats the best option. If you get your money back you could always buy another one and if they fix it, its fixed.. =D

I don't own an Ipod but what I would do is if you had the Recepit [sp?] and box, just take it back. Tell them that it doesn't work. Or you could call or email the company and I'm sure they will replace it.
