You can buy little metal rings really cheap in any office supplies store and you just clip 'em into the holes in the calender pages! ]
office depot will do it for you. Or you could do it yourself with ribbon or somthing. ]
Office Depot or any photocopying store should be able to help you. Most binding will only set your back $3 - $7 dollars.
But I have to agree with what XxRockon said. Take a hole punch and then tie two or three bows with ribbon or string. It's simple, inexpensive, pretty and hand made. ]
use ribbons..its pretty and inexpensi ]
Thier are binding kits at off ice max but i think they are like 20$ SO youcan buy binding tape at walmart its probably like 5$ advicenators dosnt really get this Q. so its nice to have a change. but anyway i think K-mart sells it also. And probably office supplies stores, you have alota options of places to buy it but u could also try punching holes in it and them running it trough with pretty ribbon. thats probably what i would do. hope i helped
Happy New Year.

you can sew it yourselves. that would be best, because presents are more thougthful if you do them yourselves =)
