ThugGirl041790 answered Thursday December 22 2005, 9:45 pm: Gift certificate.. Get it to somewhere maybe they can eat together alone.. That would be nice to do.. Or get a movie you know they both like.. Its hard to shop for parents thats why i go for the gift certificates cuz they get what they want and don`t have to worry on whether if they like it or not.. Christmas can be a little stressful with that.. ♥ Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]

It's not like they'll hate you for not buying them a present or anything, but personally, i started to buy my parents presents in grade 9 without the other's help. But if you do, you can think of these ideas:
Mom:
*A new shirt
*A nice pullover sweater or zip-up (i just bought one for my mom from Sears.. they have nice clothes believe it or not!)
*A mug that says "Mom" or "Merry Christmas" etc..
*Even some body wash in a pretty basket
*You can always make something for her too.. like hmm.. a gift certificate saying you will clean the house for a month free of charge or something
Dads: (much harder to buy for in my opinion)
*Nice Sweater or dress shirt
*Tie (something cool.. that YOU, his loving child picked out themself)
*Socks
*Mug
All in all, it really depends on your parents personality. If you need any more ideas, dont be afraid to ask! Hope I helped:D [ lind12's advice column | Ask lind12 A Question ]
