Easy, your probably making it messy as you put it in what you do is mak a bun with the lil hairs stick up instead of under and make sure its really tight almost as it hurts then spilt it down the center pulling it out some and put a few hairs out of your bun and wala! your stylin'!

Hope this helps!

you wrap the ponytail holder around your ponty tail, and on the very last on dont pull your hair all the way through.
you can get theses different holders called stay put by goody .. they are really good for holding your hair up

After making a ponytail, use a scrunchie to hold your bun. Those little thin elastics don't work for some reason. Make the core of the bun tight, and create a messy look outside of that. Even then it still won't hold sometimes. You just gotta re-do it throughout the day.

♥ That happens to me too.
What i do, is I first do a regular messy bun, and then a use another hair tie ( whatever you want to call it) and tie around the first one. It keeps it tight and in place. If that doesnt work, I would consider bobby pins to hold up the part thats not holding up.

wrap it around another time then it won't fall out. get a good hair tie that will actually stay in.

HOPLESSxROMNTC answered Friday December 9 2005, 8:36 pm:
Put all your hair in the bun so it is even, cause you know how one side is always shorter then the other? (well it is for me)so once you have all your hair in the bun. put another rubberband in or even 3 if you want to. Then take hairspray and hold it about arms length away and lightly spray like your whole head. This should keep it in place better, good luck!

McGorgouse answered Friday December 9 2005, 7:58 pm:
wrap ur hairtie around ur hair once and then the second time half way threw and for the third time like wrap that lil bun part in half and then include the lil parts that are in front. uhh i dont think that makes much sense but i did it a couple of minutes ago =)

sometimes its the hair scrunchy..i use to use the little thin ones. i always redid my hair like every 10 minutes and then i realized that it was too thin..so try a thicker hair tie. or even two...

i hope i helped!

my hair is really really curly so it stays. you might wanna try curling your hair first if it isnt. use bobby pins. tricky i know haha =) juss put em in places that usually fall out first. you might juss need a tighter hairtye that wraps around a few times.

-hope that helped!♥
