i don't know how it happens, but every time i'm close friends with guys, they get a crush on me. does this always happen to everybody or am i just doing somthing wrong? how am i supposed to act in order to eliminate this possibility?
WooWooo answered Friday December 2 2005, 9:43 pm: well, the only reason that they want to be "more than friends" is because they see the true side of you. Then they slowly realize how nice you look and act.
Ababii2113 answered Friday December 2 2005, 4:09 pm: this is happening to me right now! its so frustrating i went out with one of them one time but choice! we dont even talk now that we're broken up.
they probably just like you because you pretty and really nice and you can get along with them easily are you being kind of flirty??

Ivy921 answered Friday December 2 2005, 3:32 pm: Stop being so adorable! ok. I'm kidding. I had this problem to in college. I was always best buddies with guys in high school, then all of a sudden, in college guys seemed to be different. It kind of bummed me out at first until someone told me that most girls would kill this kind of problem. It could just be you and how you act and if you are attractive or not. It could be the guys who become friends with you for alterior motives. Each situation is different. I wouldn't say change who you are, just maybe change how you treat guys. Maybe tell your deepest secrets to your girl friends only and stay more casual with guys.
Good luck and keep me posted. [ Ivy921's advice column | Ask Ivy921 A Question ]

I understand what you mean.. majority of my friends are guys.. And most of em have a cruch on me at the beginning then we eventually talk about it and tell them i don`t like them no more then frinds.. I figured its because i ain`t like most girls i can roll with the guys be girly and still have fun with the guys.. I think tellin them you just want to be friends is the only way.. Maybe try not to get so close at first with them which might be hard i understand.. ♥ Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]
