Hi, I have a kind of embarrasing question. Well I just got my period and it's always really heavy the first day I get it. The problem is I have to be at work tomorrow, and my boss told me that we're only allowed to go to the bathroom on our breaks, which is every two hours. Well I'm going to have to be able to change my pad before two hours!! What am I going to do?

Your boss can`t do that i`m sure he`d get in trouble some way for not letting you do that.. Also if its possible see a doctor and get a doctors note or get your doctor to call your boss.. ♥ Dez [ ThugGirl041790's advice column | Ask ThugGirl041790 A Question ]

If he doesn't let you, then say "But I'm having my period." really loudly. Like so that everybody else, including the customers can hear. [ kevin1986's advice column | Ask kevin1986 A Question ]

Either explain to your boss about the situation of you being on a heavy period and needing to go to the toilet more regularly or if your boss is a bloke and dont want to do this use tampons. They may feel uncomfortable the first time you use them but youll soon get used to them.
im the same, i used to have to explain to my teachers and they understood and let me go so dont be embarrassed about it just state your problem.
