I am not sure how old you have to be in the USA but in the UK I am pretty sure that it is 14.
If you are using sunbeds make sure you use lotion, even though it is a sunbed it can still damage your skin and you DEFINITELY don't want to end up looking like a shrivelled pruned by the time you are 20! Don't overdo it either!
