running hey ok...well i am a person who likes to run, but now that its getting into fall weather, i get kinda lazy and i dont ever want to go out. its a weird thing b/c i like running and if i do get myself out there i enjoy it, but i dont do it much anymore b/c i'm like that:P what can i do to make myself get up and go run everday-something i love<3 xoxothanx!!

run on a treadmill and listen to your favorite music instead. Then, you don't have to go outside and get cold.

Have your parents wake you up in the morning and force you to go. Or set your alarm clock and just don't make yourself stop running.

Just run and bring music with you and wear weather suitable clothes for running.

If you want to make yourself for sure get up, tell one or both of your parents to wake you up and make you go. That way you can't really not run, and you'll end up getting out there and liking it. Also, since is cold and if you don't want to because of that, wear some sweats. I don't know if you do or don't have them because you didn't mention it, so just saying.
Anyways, yep, that's my suggestion.

Just think about positive things about running. Or take your ipod or any music device to make it more enjoyable. Maybe you could reward yourself after with something!
Or a treadmill would be fun if its too cold outside.

well, i also love to run but i had to stop due to injures (i still love it anyway!) in the winter its not really good to run if its freezing outside. i did it last winter and it was awful! if its warm, just think of how much it clears your mind and stuff. run a different route...see more sites that way and you wont get bored. run to someone's house or some local place you can chill for a while. have fun! <3 ]

A good idea for you, would be to join a gym. You could get easy excerise more often. Take along a close friend or family member to keep it entertaining. Plan ahead and have a friend or family member call you up to get you off the couch. An easy fix is just to have someone to help you. ]
