In a month, I will be moving into my condo and i hope to gather a bunch of kids to have ocasional gatherings and i hope to have both boys and girls. What kind of things do boys and girls like to do? How should i invite them?

Well, as far as inviting them, colorful invations work best. It's also really cool if you make them yourself (Microsoft Word).
It depends on what type of girls. Girly girls like to sit and talk or dance. Tomboys (like me) like to play game (party games or sports). Party games have always worked well at my parties.

You could invite them threw instant messenger, verbally, or get some invitations. Just get some pizza, and some soda, you could play spin the bottle, truth or dare, play basketball, some video games, 7 minutes in heaven, just walk around the neighborhood in the dark, have a water fight ((with balloons, or put the water in cups, or just use the hoes)) get some candy and little sweets, give piggy back rides, jump on a trampolien ((only if you have one))
