are there any good picture editing softwear or whatever you call it i can downlaod for free...im not that computer smart so it cant be something real advanced.

First off, I agree that www.gimp.org is the best free
picture editing program available.

If you only need to edit one picture or just a few,
there's a much simpler program called ACDSee
that you can download at www.download.com (just do a search)
This program isn't free but does have a trial period that
should allow you to finish all your editing before it expires, if you don't have too much.

Personally I would go with Gimp though. It's worth
taking a bit of time to learn how to use, it's almost
as good as Photoshop and still free.

Well i don't know of any free ones but there is a program at wal-mart. It's called picture perfect. This program has to be installed and I don't think it cost that much. It re colorst pictures and can fade them to make them look vintage.
