Were you on the pill at least 30 days before having unprotected sex? If so, then probably not.
A week really isn't that late, even though the pill does keep things pretty regular.
Call you doctors office and ask the nurse. If by chance you are, you don't want to continue taking the pill. :)

Are you sexually active?
If you are, then you most definately can be pregnant, however it's not that likely. The pill is around 98% effective.
I would wait it out a few more days, and then take a pregnancy test and see what happens. Keep in mind that home pregnancy tests are NOT 100% accurate.

some girls skip months around, but since you're on birth control, you probably aren't pregnant. i'd go to the doctor juss to make sure but don't worry too much about it.

It's a possibility, but not a likely one.
Birth control can sometimes irregulate your cycle, so I wouldn't panic just yet.
I hope you used protection. If you did, I really wouldn't worry at all. Condoms and birth control together are over 99% effective.
Either way, go to the store and pick up a test. Get the Equate brand; it actually works better than the expensive ones.

birth control isnt completly safe and you may want to go to the store and get a pregnancy just to make sure. good luck and i hope everything works out for the better.

Maybe, maybe not. I had the same thing happened to me...Take a test to be sure. If you are on a very low dose, you might be. sorry. hope that doesn't freak you out too much. Whatever the case, the earlier you know the better and more informed decisions you can make. Good luck, whatever the outcome and keep me posted.
