Aww I'm sorry sweetie there isnt an exercise to do. There really is nothing to do except wait it out. But you are only 13 so you have a good three, four years to continue growng (which you most likely will).

No, you can't. The only exercise that would affect your boobs is the benchpress, but that will just make them rise, not get any bigger. It may even make them smaller.
