I have always described it as:
Put your left foot in front, and your right in back.
All you do, is rock. For an example? A rocking Horse. One that goes from front to back.

Maybe that'll help you out a little more.

You put your right foot forward and you jump like you're gonna fall, then you go BACK like you're gonna fall. And keep doing that.

Oh man, that is without a doubt the single best song out there!!! :D

To answer your question, I've looked up a website for you. It has the dance moves to the entire 'Electric Slide', along with a detailed explanation of the 'Charlie Brown'.

Hopefully that clarifies!! :D

Suppose your playing DDR with the front and back arrows only. Thats basically what it is, hopping on one foot in front and leaning back and hopping on the other one at the back.

you put one leg in front and put the other in back, then you lift the back one up a little and then put the back one down and lift up the front on (at the same time) always leaving the same foot in front so it kinda looks like you are kicking your foot up... if this didn't make sense let me know and i will try to explain it again.
