help! i need to loose my belly & thighs, what's a good way! it doesn't need to be quick, but i need a way, i'm sick of being self concious!

excrise!!!!!!!!if u want , use the charlie's angles work out. it really work. no mmagice pill or diet will help you lose weght. just excrise and eat right.

Try some fitness programs, not like the ones you see on Telvision(most of those don't work) but try going to a local gym or working out on fitness equipment. The most important rule of losing weight is to NOT SNACK!! You can eat at meals,(three times a day) but do not snack in-between. Also, eat healthly food(like vegetables) and always eat a good breakfast.
NOTE: A breakfast consists of something like cereal, toast, and eggs with a glass of milk or Orange Juice, it does not consist of French Toast smeared with Syrup. ]
my mother has this same problem...she is self conscious but i dont think she is fat... try to run a little bit at a time. for dinner have an apple or sumthing healthy. Limit your carbs and calories each day and dont go over it leads to bad habits ]
Well you can eat during the day but after 6 pm stop eating until the morning. And i you can go to a gym and work out for a few hours a day. ]
hey, ive had the same problems! and believe me this works..see if there is a cross country team at your school. its a great way to get in shape. or if you dont want to do it as a sport, then you should just run at a local park for 30 minutes a day and drink a lot of water.it worked for me and i have lost over 10 pounds..but it looks like a lot more. if running isnt your thing, try yoga. its very relaxing and fun if you do it with your friends. hope i helped. ]
Belly-dancing!!! I bought a DVD not too long ago, and it's a great way to exercise; i've started taking lessons recently too. It's sooo much fun. ]
sorry if this sounds obvious, but you have to exercise. do 30 min at least 3 times a week of cardio (gets your heart pumping) and cut down on your calories as well. ]
