Cipher answered Saturday October 1 2005, 5:49 pm: Try some fitness programs, not like the ones you see on Telvision(most of those don't work) but try going to a local gym or working out on fitness equipment. The most important rule of losing weight is to NOT SNACK!! You can eat at meals,(three times a day) but do not snack in-between. Also, eat healthly food(like vegetables) and always eat a good breakfast.

missxxyou answered Friday September 30 2005, 6:26 pm: hey, ive had the same problems! and believe me this works..see if there is a cross country team at your school. its a great way to get in shape. or if you dont want to do it as a sport, then you should just run at a local park for 30 minutes a day and drink a lot of water.it worked for me and i have lost over 10 pounds..but it looks like a lot more. if running isnt your thing, try yoga. its very relaxing and fun if you do it with your friends. hope i helped.
