Ok, first off, popular or not, it's not cool that she is taking your stuff. Confront her about it. Don't be angry though, try and approch it as something commical. Like, laugh as you ask, as if you don't truly believe she took it. If she wont fess up, be stern, but not angry.
If you start a fight, you might never see you stuff again.

Hey i have been in this situation a million times! And what i learned about it was if you ask for it back and she gets mad at you then she is probably either 1)not gunna give it back or 2)most likely she wasnt a real friend anyway! Yea i know it sounds bad and it really hurts but trust me thatz her loss not yours and there is definiantly a better friend out there for you and that will actually give your stuff back! But who knows maybe she mite give it back! I really hope it all goes well for you and i hope you guys get through it!

Next time she wants to borrow something, why don't you ask to borrow something of hers too. Like: "Oh you like my bracelet enough to borrow it? I love your necklace, can I borrow it too?" If she says no than that's a sign that she's a little selfish, and you can turn her down to borrow something. And if she says yes, then you can say "Okay! We can return them on the same day? Alright?"
That's the subtle approach.
If you want to get a faster reaction you can say "Hey remember that brush I loaned you? Can I get it back because it's the only one that can curl my hair right." (Or something like that). It's very possible that she just forgot that she borrowed things from you and this will help remind her.
