Ok I think Im fat and im only 13 and I know I shouldn't be worrying about that but I do. Im not fat fat but a little overwieght. I dont want to go on a crash diet cuz those or just stupid. Ive tried exersising and I cant keep up with it. Ive tried eating less snacks but I love food to much. What is a good way to lose wieght ill do anything. thanx

Losing weight should not be your goal. Being healthy should. I love eating too but it's good to get "healthy" snacks in your diet. Try replacing candy bars and pop with fruit, crackers, or nuts. You don't have to be a great athlete to get in shape. Try walking 3 miles every morning or night, join a weightlifing class, or walk pets for an hour. don't crash diet or overexersize. If you concentrate on being healthy and fit than your hard work will shurly pay off in the end.

i feel ya, im 5'1" and i weigh almost 200 pounds. but i have lost weight in the past 3 months (30 pounds to be exact lol) and how i did it was a change in what i ate. dont nesasarily eat LESS just east BETTER! like i used to eat deep fryed and a lot of junk. well if you are craving junk and stuff, try the 100 calory packs. they are not that bad for you and to be honest they taste DAMN GOOD! liek the chips ahoy and the oreo are AWESOME! and instead of eating 3 big meals a day also it is better ot eat 5-6 small meals a day. also only eat when your actually hungry, not when your stomach is like "yeah im kinda hungry" or "well everyoen elsei s eating" , that is where i got caught up. best of luck to you.

Make a chart of all the foods you eat. Even if its one little thing, put it down, This will help you control how much you eat and actually view all the foods you ate for the day. Try to limit it to 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks. Or say to yourself "I wont eat for 2 hours". This really works. Hope i helped!

ps)listen to a cd player while you kinda distracts you so u can exercise for longer.

You and i are the exact same way! I hate to excercise. I can do it every now and then, but i have to be really pumped up.
I have been losing alot of weight lately.

You should drop all carbonated beverages.
Drink nothing but water for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner.
You will find you appetite decreasing, but not to an unhealthy level.
Your urin some days will be clear, but some days not.
Your body will take more than 72 hours clear.
Eat protine..Meat and peanuts.
Try to lay off the bread if you can help it.
For a sweet tooth: try to get a snack that is 140 calories or less.
check on the web or do it your self. see how many calories you take in per day. Cut that in half.
