Okay so theres this guy in my p.e class...he stares at me alot like ill notice him starin and he'll turn around...well today i kept walking back and forth from the doors because i was helping someone with something. Well he watched me the whole time, after awhile we all went outside to play soccer n stuff, well on the way back in he was talkin to these guys and then they all turned around n looked at me...do you think he may like me? he tells ppl he doesnt like any1 but everyone does that..so what do you think??

Ok, this is a very tricky situation.
This guy has something for you, that is the obvious, but what is it exactly?
When he's starring at you does he blush or smile? If so then it shows he's attracted. And the whole turning his head thing is a good sign. It means he doesn't want you to know he is checking you out.
Now about the group of guys. if he's talking to his friends he culd be saying anything. But, if he was giving good signs earlier then he probably saying something good.
Also about the "he doesn't like anyone". that is a complete cover-up. Everyone has a little crush on someone, so if he says he's not crushing, that just means he doesn't want you to know who he's crushing on. Which would pretty much lead to you. Hope that helped and good luck!

Just because he says he doesn't like anyone doesn't mean anything. He just doesn't want people knowing probably because, well, you know what gossips people can be. The smallest peice of information can spread really fast.
It sounds like he's interested. You can never be totally sure of people's actual thoughts and feelings, but it really does sound like he likes you. Your best bet now is to get closer to him. You already share a class with him, so there's an opportunity for you two to talk. He's obviously too shy to make the first move, so it's up to you. If you're too embarassed to talk to him face to face, get his IM off someone.
