Question Posted Tuesday September 13 2005, 8:27 pm

I found out that water makes your skin look cleaner and healthier. Well do you think flavored water does the same thing? Thank you.

Any increase in your liquid consumption would help to purify your skin.

Just watch out with the flavored waters, though. Some have artificial sweeteners that can be potentially dangerous.

If you want your own flavored water that is guaranteed low-sugar and safe, squeeze a lime or lemon into it. Or pour a small amount of juice into seltzer water and you'll have your own natural soda.
