I have a very low self confidence...are there anyway to improve my self confidence?....thanks!! (link)

A great way to improve your self confidence would be to realize that nobody is judging you as harshly as you judge yourself.

I found out that water makes your skin look cleaner and healthier. Well do you think flavored water does the same thing? Thank you. (link)

Any increase in your liquid consumption would help to purify your skin.
Just watch out with the flavored waters, though. Some have artificial sweeteners that can be potentially dangerous.
If you want your own flavored water that is guaranteed low-sugar and safe, squeeze a lime or lemon into it. Or pour a small amount of juice into seltzer water and you'll have your own natural soda.

You are a perfect weight.
But do not worry about your weight. Think about your health.
So many girls I know worry about their weight, but do not think about their health. If you are eating healthy and getting some exercise, that is all that matters. In the long run, you will get sick less often and have more energy if you eat healthy and get exercise.
For more information on eating healthy and exercise search online or check out some good books from the library.

The guy I like found out that I liked him but he doesnt like me back...in fact, he didnt even know my name until my friend told him! I'm in a couple classes with him so what should I do when im around him? Its so awkward because we don't talk and he looks at me like I'm so weird! (link)

Maybe you can try talking to him. Make some casual conversation. If you become friends with him, or at least become a little bit friendly, then it will be a lot easier to be around him.
In any case, though, don't worry too much about it. Eventually the pain and anxiety of this will fade away.

I am 18 years old and I experience alot of stress and anxiety all the time.
Some of the signs I think have dawned on me physically:
1. My muscles and joints always ache.
2. I am so tired all the time.
3. I get frequent headaches.
4. I feel weak alot.
5. My energy level is so low.
6. I am insomniac alot.
7. My concentration level is very low.
8. I forget things so easily.
9. I always get bumps and sores on my arms and head.
Are these signs of stress/anxiety? Or is it something else, because I am a vegetarian and I am thinking maybe my energy is low and I can't sleep because lack of protien and vitamins and after I became vegetarian I started feeling so weak all the time. But I am also so stressed to. So I don't know. In what other ways can stress affect you? How do you cope and what are ways to relieve aches in your muscles? And what does vegetarianism do to you overall, I know I am one but don't know everything about it that it does to your body. Because after I became vegetarian I started cutting and pulling out my hair. I began to get alot of strange urges and tension build-ups. (link)

Just speculation from my own experience, but you may be lacking some B Vitamins.
I am a semi-vegetarian, and occasionally I find myself feeling tension for no apparent reason. A few hours after taking a B Complex vitamin, however, I feel better. From what I've read, the B vitamins serve to regulate the operations of the nervous system.
The best kind of vitamins to buy are the ones that are natural, that are made from actual food products. These sorts of vitamins absorb better into the system.
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

i have had my belly ring done.
But now i want my tongue ring. But i want it now and i am flat broke.
So now i want my brother to pierce it for me.
He is 19, has pierced his own tongue ring and his 14 year old sisters tongue ring. There were no problems, but i am a bit nervous, can something go rong. Like piercing a vain, or me not being able to use my tongue again?????

If you are going to get your tongue pierced, you should definitely go to a professional. It is not worth the risk to have someone pierce it who is not trained.
Also, think about why you want the tongue ring. Is it because other people have tongue rings, and you admire them? This may not be the best reason. Think very carefully about your reasons before you do this.
