Maybe you could invite her to your house and you guys can chill there. If you want to go over there but you dont like her sisters you cant let them get in the way of you two's relastionship. You could talk to your friend and tell her how you feel about it or talk to her sisters and see whats going on between you guys. But if you dont want to do neither of them options then you could say "well do you want to go to the movies?", " Wanna go chill at the mall" or " Maybe another time".

-We have family from out of town coming over.
After you say your excuse, you should say something like "Thanks for asking though. Maybe we can do something next weekend instead?" that way she doesn't feel as bad about it. Hope I helped!

Tell her that you have to go with your mom for an important meeting she is having,she expects you there or you're punished so you can't go because you got mad at your mom,yelled at her or you have to meet a family member at the hospital but make sure your parents cover you up don't forget.
