umm.. well first of all. i cut.. second of all.. ppl keep telling me that its really bad and unhealthy but i seriously dont understand why?

There was one thing a lot of the collamest didn't say there is reson you can a staff infestion or any infection. You can get such an infection that you can be hospitalized I would know my best friend was. then you can lose a lot of blood it isn't good for you life or mind. you need to tell an adult to get perfestional help and not just you parent talking to you or talk to your school counsiler I did that for my dipprestion. I feel a little bit better after evry setion. hoped I helped and good luck.

It IS really bad and unhealthy. I mean, whenever you cut, you can get seriously addicted and inflicting harm to yourself isn't good alone. But then more you do it, the more you bleed and then you can DIE from loss of blood. It's something nobody should get into, and if you are addicted to it, you should get help right away. Tell anyone ; friends, family, teachers. Anyone!! I hope I helped!!

I never heard that cutting is unhealthy, but yes it is bad. One day you can cut a major vein and you'll bleed to death. You really got to watch what you do. And for some reason people think you're weird for cutting. But, they just stupid for judging you just because you cut. Well, i think you should just try and not cut so much. When you want to, just go and do something else that gets everything off your mind.

hmm let me take a razor and slice my skin open so that it hurts and bleeds and causes scarring that ill have for years. maybe while im at it ill stick nails in my skin too and burn myself. what could possibly be dangerous about that? i couldnt possibly get any kind of infection or slip and cut a vien. i also couldnt become addicted to it or cause myself mental problems thinking that cutting myself is helping my problems to go away. wow i dont understand why its unhealthy either.

its bad because you can die from it and its unhealthy because sometimes you get to the point where theres something mentally wrong..you should really stop..it was really hard for me to do it but i did i only do it now and then but atleast i dont do it every day or month

cutting is menatlly unhealthy. When you cut you feel a release. (i Know ive been there) Its hard to stop but really its best thing you can do for you and the ppl around you because im sure your friends are worried for you.
It will also leave scars for the future and idk if you want that

Cutting is unhealthy because of a few reasons.
1. You lose blood. It isn't healthy to lose a lot of blood.
2. The repeated shock of it is not good for your body.
3. I have heard of countless tales of nerve damage and torn tendons because of it. The results are usually weakness in joints, or in some cases, inability to move it much at all.
4. You may cut too deep, causing death.
That is the physical problems. But a lot of it is mental problems. Such as:
1. You are put into a high dosage of morphine each time you cut. That can, and usually does lead to addiction.
2. High levels of a drug aren't that good, by the way.
3. You depress yourself by making yourself believe that cutting solves your problems. You lose the ability to find another way out of problems.

Oh my freakin' god. I am sooo sorry but i have to say this. . .WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM??? Why do you cut yourself?? Is there somthin goin on like school, or boyfriend problems that are making you do this??? Well you need to go see a theripist RIGHT NOW. Oh my god cutting yourself is like the 2nd worst thing you can do to yourself then killing yourself. Just think if you cut open a vein or a mucsel??? YOU CAN DIE!!!! Please whatever you do STOP. i am trying to be as nice as i can, but that is soo bad. & yes it is VERY bad for you. Hope I helped.

well.. take it from someone who use to cut. its really bad and once you stop you realize what such a idiot you were for starting in the firstplace. your slicing your skin. not only are you gonna be in that body your cutting for the rest of your life, but its the only body your ever going to have. please stop.

You don't understand why it's bad to slice your own flesh up?
What if you slip and hit a main artery then bleed to death? And have you considered the scarring? The scars will probably be there for life, I know from personal experience. What will you do when you're older with kids and they ask you why mummy has scars on her wrists?
And have you considered the feelings of your friends and family? How do you think they're feeling? They'll be going out of their mind with worry and concern, it isn't fair on them to hurt them like this.
There's also a possibility that you use something dirty to cut yourself with, which gives you a serious infection. It's possible that you die from that, I'm deadly serious here.
Cutting is bad and it's unhealthy for both your physical and mental state. I suggest you stop.
