X0C0URT answered Saturday September 3 2005, 8:42 pm: Crunches. Lots and lots of crunches. Start with like 100 the first day and add 25 everyday. Work up to a 1000. So eventually you'll be doing 1000 everyday. Trust me it'll work. You should see results in a couple weeks.

Well after I stopped playing hockey I started to lose my six pack so I did 25 crunches, 25 jump tucks ( Jump as high as you can and tuck in your knees to your chest), and ran eveyday after school for two weeks!
