I am having a new friend over today, and I would like some ideas on what we can do. I have DDR so that is one thing, but besides that all I can really think of is tv. I am a female/16 if it helps! Thanks!
ADViCEx4xY0U answered Friday September 2 2005, 9:24 pm: Well, I'm sure by the time you get my answer, your friend will have already been over & stuff, but I have some ideas in case you need them for another time!
-Listen to music
-Watch a movie
-Go on a walk
-Go shopping
-Paint nails/toenails
I would have more, but I'm not sure what you or your friend are interested in but I'm sure you'll have fun no matter what you're doing. Good luck hun! Hope I helped. =]
rainbowsend answered Friday September 2 2005, 9:07 pm: Since she's a new friend, you should probably do more than sit around watching tv.
I read through some of the other answers, and it looks like you've already got a lot of great advice, so I won't add to the lists.
But I did want to mention that it's important to be a good hostess. Make your friend feel welcome at your house. :) It's also probably a good idea to offer her a snack and drink at some point. Ask what she'd like to do. Show her your room. Make sure you keep the conversation going.

--- Laserquest.
--- Paintballing.
--- Park.
--- Fair.
--- Bowling.
--- Ice Skating.
--- Roller rink.
--- Go-Karting.
--- Fashion Shows.
--- Makeovers.
--- Mini-Golf - or even just the driving range.
--- Cinemas.
--- RENT movies.
--- Switch it up a bit, and go to a DRIVE IN movie.
--- OR how about getting a camera and MAKING a little movie.
--- Take pictures.
--- Have posed photoshoots.
--- Beach.
--- Library.
--- Concerts.
--- Paint.
--- Cook.
--- Nintendo.
--- Lift weights together.
--- Hit the mall, and go into department stores, and just try on all the dresses!
--- Go swimming.
--- Draw.
--- Write four part stoRies!! Like.. each one of you sit down with a pencil and piece of paper and each write the beginning of a story foR like 5 minutes... then trade papers.. so everyone has a chance to add on to the others, ya know??
--- Do Karaoke.
--- Tell jokes.
--- Play board/card games.
--- Grab some walkie talkies, and run around pretending to be dectectives!!! If you don't have walkie talkies... use cordless telephones!! Me and my brothers [16, 18, 26] do this all the time!! hahahaha!!!

LaydeeAki answered Friday September 2 2005, 5:27 pm: If you have no clue as what to do with your new friend when he/she is over, ask what your friend is interested doing. There are plenty of things to do inside of outside. Maybe play sharades or guessing games, prank calls, call some friends and invite them over. Things outside like, go to the park, hang out at aybe a basketball or football game. If you're not interested in any of these things I suggest a game of poetry. one person says a wacky line the next person does the next wacky line that has to rhyme. Other than that, I strongly suggest asking your friend what she'd like to do or ask her if she any games she wants to bring over. good luck with your new friend!
iiLOVEyoux0o answered Friday September 2 2005, 5:20 pm: Dear Asker, here is a list of things you could do with your friend.

[*] play a sport
FireFairy141 answered Friday September 2 2005, 5:15 pm: You could go shopping, or look at magazines, or watch movies, DDR is really fun, heehee, ummmm.......theres really alot of stuff you can do, are you like contained in the house?
Cause if your not, go bowling, or ice-skating, or see a movie, or mall, or anything like that.
If you are not allowed to really go anywhere, you could give each other makeovers, and rent a movie, and play video games, or just hang out.
It all really depends on what you both like and what you both have in common.
Mercy_x_Me answered Friday September 2 2005, 5:15 pm: My friends and I swim, play board games (it may sound dumb but you really can have fun!), snack out, watch movies, talk about guys, look through magazines, walk into town, play with my pets, take interesting pictures, play on my swingset (lol, I still have one!).
