yesterday there was a trojan going around through aim that if you got it it would send it to everyone on your buddy list with the im saying 'how do i look' with a link and i clicked the link and now i have the trojan. i then ran a spy sweeper sweep and it found traces that it removed but the trojan is still there, i can see it on windows task mangager. i also know what the file is and where it is so i deleted the floder but it keeps reappearing and i even searched the folder with spy sweeper and it came up empty but i kno thats it because spy sweeper keeps saything theres two new threats and when i click details i get the location but it wont go away. i also cleaned out my internet files but nothing is helping so will someone please tell me what to do?? please dont say call a person.

Download Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal. I had to keep reinstalling windows XP on to my computer because of major virus's. I had over 2033 virus's. I even had to switch from disk drive C to D because the virus's ate up every amount of space and wouldn't allow me to click ANYTHING. Once I downloaded Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Person, from www.downloads.com I actually saw some improvement. They give you update every week to install new definitions for a more powerfull search. Full scan search for your computer, or smart scan search for your computer. It even gives you the virus's AND files that look harmfukl or threatening in your comp. It dekletes all of those by quarenting it in a folder, than you can then delete every virus in that folder. 180 search assisant and tracking cookies, trojans are hard to get off. But if you do full system scan I guarantee it'll be off your comp. if you do smart system scan it can't be deleted, just locked away in a folder where the virus can't get out. I suggest downloading it and doing full system scans on your whole comp for every drive.

i have stretch marks on the sides of my stomach... and inside my thighs... is there a way that i can make them go away or make them less noticable?

well... i am 13 and i weigh 176 pounds... this really takes a toll on my social life ... especially with guys... i really really really want to lose at least 20 pounds ((to begin with)) asap... but i dont want to go on a major diet... does anyone know a good plan for me?

Hey there!, I'm 14. 156 pounds! Can you believe it? well of course you can. Duh. That's not a problem. What's wrong with being fat? or a little plump? I rather be fat than skinny ANY DAY. The thing is, you don't wanna be overweight... NOR Underweight. Don't try to starve urself or get TOO skinny. You don't have to make yourself look good for guys. Because, if a guy notices you for the personality behind the looks, he's a keeper! If you want to diet, but not a major " starve yourself" diet. I suggest, chicken, fish, turkey on weekdays. On the weekends, Try going for beef and pork. One day out of the week, don't eat any meat at all. Just vegetables. I Lost 10 pounds in 1 month eating like this everyday. Yogurt & fruit really hits the spot. Riding your bike, running around outside or playign jump rope with your friends also works. I loved soccer, so I started playing soccer more, works the body, burned my calories which caused fat. The thing is, I stopped the diet and went back to my normal fat weight. If you want to, you have to be really dedicated to losing that weight. A slip up is fine, maybe like a bag a chips one day. But more than one isn't okay! It really effects that diet badly. If you're hungry, ask yourself " are you eating to live? or are u living to eat?" Water fills u up quickly, try drinking lots of it, and plus it also helps the body also. Hope I was of some help!

If he's in soccer or chess club try joining things he's in. If you're almost as good as him or playing against him he might notice alot. Don't dress up all girl to get a guy to notice you. He should notice you if you have an outgoing personality. Don't be loud and brash though. Join some things he's in. OK, I have been going out with this guy for 8 days now. And we never talk, like maybe twice a day during school. He is in my weightlifting class, so we dont really get to talk a whole lot. His friend Bobby and his girlfriend Amber hooked us up, apparently he thought i was "pretty". So, I was like, well, he isnt really all that bad looking (i think he's hott) and he seems really nice.... so i thought i would give it a shot. Interesting relationship you have with him! I'm in one like that right now. But I'm busy trying to help YOURS. The reason why he isn't communicating with you that well is probably because he 1) thinks your boring or 2) found something else that he's more interested in doing. You said he's done things with other girls.. did your friend say while you guys were going out that he did this? If so, talk to him about it. You need to speak up and walk up to him and tell him " I want us to speak to each other more, i don't like the way I feel in this relationship, I'm really interested in you" You haven't been dating for long so i can understand if he's shy and has to wamr up to you. you must be patient. it takes time for guys to warm up to having a new gf. If he hasn't been in that many relationships he probably has no idea how to be a a good boyfriend or how to talk to a girl as a girlfriend. You can help him out too! Find out what he likes doing, if you don't like doing it, you should try doing it with HIM. He may have some things to teach you and some things you hate can turn out to be things you love. Don't EVER listen to your friends over listening to your heart and yourself. Your friends can sometimes be wrong or just say that because they are jealous or lonely. The reason why you think he just wants a piece of you is because of you listening to what your friends say about him. what do you think about him if your friends would have never put that thought into your head? get to know him better and hang out with him more. don't hook up to wuickly and don't let him rush you into ANYTHING you don't feel like doing. Eeven if he may become upset that you don't want to do it. I'm 13/f, I really like this guy, and I'm in the 7th grade. He's really cute and he's really fun to talk to and he's really nice and I could make a whole list of great things about him, but that would take a long time and wouldn't make much of a difference anyhow. It's normal to be jealous since you like him. Explain to him how you feel about not hanging out with him more often. When he talks and hangs out with other girls. Make some plans and ask himt o hang out with you. if you're shy make group plans so it's more people and it's not that noticable that you still like him that way. He may feel wierd that you still like him and he doesnt still like you. If he doesn't notice you already like he did before, then obviously you have changed or he's looking for something better or just not interested in the same things before and growing up. try finding out what made him change his feelings for you. what do you notice about the girls he hangs out with and what do you notice the difference between you and them? To build back up the friendship, be your self. ask him questions about how he's feeling and what he's up to and why he talks other girls and hangs out with them more than you. hey i'm not really thin and i have glasses and brown/blonde hair and i was wondering if someone could tell me some make up tips for people with glasses and brown/blonde hair and what types of cloth would look good basically what'll make me look hot!?

=) Not many guys like girls with glasses. They think their geeks or school nerds. But some guys think glasses on a chick is hot! If you love your glasses. leave them on. But if you don't and you want a new look. try getting contacts that suits you and are comfortable. For the eye's to make them stand out more without your glasses and get people to notice them. I suggest eyeliner. Black usually makes the eyes look slanted or smaller. If you want a bigger noticeable set pair of eyes I think silver or baby blue eyeliner would go great. If you want some more to add. Eye shadow would be the thing. The perfect tip is that the eye shadow should blend in with the color of the eyeliner. It should always be light. Darker eye shadow than eyeline would make it look wierd and harder to see. for the lips. I read it in a magazine that you exfoliate chapped lips and dead skin from your lips with a soft bristled toothbrush moving back and fourth over lips softly. you then get lipliner that's close to your natrual lip color and trace outline shape of your lips. Then add lipgloss ( should match the color of the lip liner or a lighter color than lipliner) put it smack dab in the middle of your lips, smack your lips together in a little perfect kiss. If you have scars or acne problems or if you think your skin is too pale, try bronzer or cover up thats a little darker than your skin. apply is softly. If you want something to make your cheeks have a glow, try getting a pinkish Blush and rubbing it onto your cheeks with dabbing ur finger lightly in it. I really think since your not too thin, Ice berg jeans, denim or old navy jeans would look great on you. dickie sneakers or converses or nikes go well with denim jeans. shirts, I think sleeves that go to your elbows are wonderful. not short, not long. medium length. Lace is pretty and goes with white. bt white gets dirty easily. You can tell if a guy is a big flirt by an example of this: He says " hey beautiful" you can possibly ask " hehe how many other girls do you say that to?" I know it's messed up when you find out your not the only one he flirts with and you dont feel special anymore. But if you don't want to end up the best friend. I think you should tell him how you feel if your brave enough. Or, if you're a shy girl, leave him a little poem telling him how you feel. Smile and flirt with him back. Be happy to see him when he's around. When he asks you how you are try saying " I'm fine now that you're here to make me smile."
