i run everyday around a loop for 45 minutes go walkin wit my friend go swinging for an hour and then go swimming and then work out..and im 14 and im still 109 pounds and im 5'3and a half.. am i fat.. how do i lose weight..i don't get why people call me anorexic..tho..is it bad if u don't eat 3 meals a day? and your active..

you should be eating at least 3 meals a day its the healthy way to go
if you are active you have nothing to worry about
exercise is healthy if you want to stay fit and it seems to me like you are doing alot of it
so dont worry you are not fat
