Hello, I enjoy making icons. I have made some good ones but I'm now realizing they can't get better. This is because I am using paint. Does anyone know *A GOOD* website to make icons on?No crappy doll makers please. Also is there any places I can get a free download of a good icon maker (one that isn't illegal to download freely)? Thank you.

Soccer-Crazii is right, but she got the numbers of the programs wrong...if you want to make icons try Paint Shop Pro 9 (download it at www.jasc.com) to make them and if you want to make them move (animate them) use Animation Shop 3, also avalible at jasc.com

i used to have windows, but now i have a mac computer and i cant find like any icon programs so your out of luck. ive been searching for days and havent found any for mac. there is a ton for windows though. for banners and stuff use paint shop pro 3 and for animated icon, downloaded animation shop 3. you can download both of these as a trial at jasc.com
