I'm in NJHS.
Every year we vote for who is president, vice pres, officer at large, secretary, and treasurer.
I am running for secretary. we were making signs and all happy when my BEST friend said she is running for secretary also. i dont want us to get mad at e/o if one of us wins and one doesnt.
but there might even be a chance neither of us wins. what do i do if one of us doesnt win....
i'm really worried and i rate high
icey0990 answered Thursday September 1 2005, 3:23 am: if none of you win just let her know she would have made a good secretary and that both of you should try again next year. if one of you wins and the other doesnt..support the loser..if she loses just dont rub it in her face..you know..and maybe even let her help you out or be involved somehow. if she wins..congradulate her and run again next year..dont let it get in the way of your friendship because its only an election
-good luck!

pooslinger900 answered Monday August 29 2005, 7:04 pm: To Start off... Its no big deal if you or her looses the vote. Its JUST high school secretary. A good piece of advice i can give you is just that NEVER EVER!!!! let something get in the way of a great friendship! loosing a friend over something really stupid like high school secretary is stupid. I'm not telling either of you to stop running. What you can do is help eachother out by giving eachother slogans or... making posters together or whatever! Dont let it get in the way! But it's up to you. Good luck and live strong! [ pooslinger900's advice column | Ask pooslinger900 A Question ]
