i want to be an exchange student in england (i live in the u.s.)
is there a exchange thing online that you dont have to pay to go there with there program?
i just want to go a semester.
or is there a place that is cheapest?

The school pays for it and everything. Talk to your school guidance counselor. There may be government scholarships or grants that will help pay for the trip. Another option is to ask local businesses to sponsor your trip.
