its finally hit me that i need to get in shape im not like super huge butim not skinny either husky i guess if thats even a word so whats a good way to start out to lose weight and gain muscles cant really go to a track to run cuz i have school and tons of homework so please wutever advice u can give me will help i rate thanks! well i know how you fel i fel the same.Well be for you go to bed do 50 sit ups and 20 puch ups and on weekends or if you have any spare time go running around somewhere in your school trace or something.it works so stay on trace and dont give up cuz that always gets the best of me.

well if you want to have a small work out then do 50 sit ups and 15 puch ups a night.Then if that dosent work out or you just want more work out then run a half hour to an hour a day.Hope i helped

well talk to him face to face and ask him if he is cheating on you.If he says no then ask about the massage on his zanguh and if he has a good reason then trust him.But if he admets that hes cheating on you then brack up with him.

i have been cutting since 5th grade, im going into 9th now. Our school has banned Abercrombie from our school. They say that the shirts are too sexual and distract the "learning environment." Today a friend of mine was wearing and Abercrombie shirt that said "Will work forehand jobs" and was given a saturday detention and they made him take it off. The same thing happened to a guy wearing a shirt that had a video game controler and said "wanna play?" Yes I get that those shirts can get you in trouble but what's wronge with regular Abercrombie shirts that don't have anything to do with sex? And not to mention pants. Well, us students want to get them to let us wear Abercrombie to school again becasue not ALL their shirts are like that. WE have no idea wear to start. Any ideas? (link)

I'm 15 and one of my inner labias is about three times the size of the other. However, this wasn't always so. It started about 2 years ago when I started masturbating with the showerhead. (Could this be the cause of it?) Anyway, I figured it was just swollen, and the swelling would go down. However, as time went on, it only got worse. It's now a more purple-ish, darker color, and bigger. Anyways, point being, instead of it getting better like I assumed it would, it only got worse. And it's now two years later, and I haven't told anyone about it. I would really like to, but I am too embarrassed. Also, I'm afraid if my parents take me to a gynocologist or anything of that sort, they will find out I'm not a virgin anymore, WHICH CAN NOT HAPPEN. I've been a huge emotional wreck ever since, and I really need to find out more about this. Any advice, information, help, or ideas would be SO greatly appreciated. I rate 5's for any attempt. ive been wanting a cell phone for so long. and dont think i havent tried getting one. ive had the money and saved it, i even offered to pay for one. i wrote a whole 1 page essay on why i wanted one, how i used it, and if i did something wrong they could take it away. im on computer like 24'7 so i told them it would occupy my time and i wouldnt be on as much. but NOTHING has worked.
is there anything else left to try!?

I just started Junior High, (Catholic school) and I know everyone. But the thing is, I can't stand all the homework they give us. Today was my second day, and they gave us homework in at least half of our subjects. It took me 3 hrs just to do it! And between cheerleading for 2 hrs after school, and the homework. i just can't take it! And I try to stay focused, because my main goal is the honor roll this year-but in most of my classes, i have to sit next or across from all the girls I HATE. They are such bitches. What should I do? Ok me (14/f) and my bestfriend (15/m) are going out... weve been for 1 month but i just dont feel like its working out... we argue A LOT now over stupid stuff like hanging out or whos house too go over (stupid stuff), but before we went out we were cool and got along.. Never fought... i thought about it last night and i decided i dont want too go out with him anymore but the thing is, he was talkig to his best guy friend one day and his friend asked what would happen if we broke up... He was like id be pissed off and wouldnt talk to her... My bf doesnt even know i know this but that hurt me :(.. So now im scared too break it off because it could ruin the great friendship we had... well thats pretty hard.I would say to call him up and tell him how much your friendship means to you and that you'd rather be a really good friend of his then his gf because you dont like argue with him.And if ur very truthful and say what you fell, then im sher he will be just fine with being friends.Dont worry :) you'll be fine to!
