I'd suggest a pad - an overnight one with wings would be best. If you find that your flow is very heavy, you could always wear two of them. [like front to back just incase of leaks, ya know?]

When sleeping it's best to use a pad. If you wear a tampon for over 8 hours you have the risk of getting TSS. My sister once wore a tampon to bed, she said it was much harder to get it out the next day.

I know a few people that were pads to bed and sleep on a towel in case of a leak. It could work...

Hey,
Most women use a pad..you cant keep a tampon in for more than a couple hours or you could go through toxic shock syndrom..so it wouldnt be a good idea to wear one to bed..

I sleep in a tampon because I know I won't leak. If you are really heavy use a tampon, if not use a pad. Pads are'nt so bad.
