Dont dress down more than them... wear something a little more dressier than them. NOT JEANS! Like a nice pair of khakis and a button down collared shirt will your hair pulled back in a bun!

Dress conservatively. I believe that Giant is a supermarket? Just guessing - we don't have Giant in my area.

If you're male, you can't go wrong wearing a clean white button-down dress shirt, preferably with long sleeves. Dark unwrinkled dress slacks and dark dress shoes are also a good idea.

For professional interviews, add a conservative blazer or suit.

Women should wear conservative blouses and not show a lot of cleavage (unless they're applying to work at Hooters). Add a dark skirt that covers most, if not all, of the knee. Dark slacks are also an option, although there are still a few dinosaurs out there who might frown on that.

Shoes, too, should be conservative and tasteful; extreme high heels are a bad idea. Jewelry should not be excessive.

In some cases (particularly for professional career interviews) women may choose to wear a pantsuit or skirt-suit.

In other words, dress as if you were going to church, a winter wedding, or a funeral. It's hard to over-dress for an interview, unless you're applying for a job at a farm, a mud-wrestling pit, or in construction. :D

Try to be clean-shaven, neat, and clean. Avoid overly-strong aftershave (does anyone actually USE that stuff?), deodorant, and perfume. Of course you should use SOME deodorant if you normally need it - just don't drown yourself in the stuff.

One easy rule of thumb is to dress AT LEAST as conservatively as the people who already work at that store or company.

Good luck!
