Dakmor answered Wednesday August 17 2005, 1:32 pm: I think you do the ctrl+alt+del trick, and then shut down ---> hibernate. Or was it standby? Whatever, the easier way is, if you have a Windows, on some keyboards (like mine) there's a little moon button between F12 and Print Screen/SySRq. Hope I helped! - Click on "Start"
- Click on "Turn Off Computer"
- Choose "Stand By" or "Hibernate"
If you're running something other than XP, it will be similar. The "safe mode" or "stand by" or "hibernate" buttons are probably near the Off / Restart buttons.
