I just got back from the Six Flags in my area. I've been going A LOT lately, since I have a pass (8 times in these past 2 weeks, lol) and today was the first day my inner thighs have been soar. I've been doing the same amount of walking (we'll only be there for a couple of hours before it closes) everyday and its not that much... but now they're soar from rubbing up against eachother. I have to walk funny to avoid my thighs from touching. Why are they sore all of a sudden (they're all red and burn) and is this because my thighs are touching (I've noticed naturally skinny peoples' thighs don't touch...)

but some lotion on its because your thighs are rubbing sll the alive skin off! ]
Your inner thighs are only sore because they've been rubbing against one another more than you're used to. It happens all the time when you're walking a lot. Just put some moisturizing cream on them and it should help stop the soreness. ]
it sounds like heat rash. make sure you dont walk around in wet clothes. put some powder on them everyday and it should go away pretty soon.and wear pants for a couple days.
hope i helped XoXo ]
Oh yeah, I really wish my thighs didn't touch either. It's just a rash. Don't wear shorts for a while, and that may help. Be sure not to walk around in wet clothing because it makes the situation worse. ]
you have been walking alot and some of your fat is burning off. it will hang and then it will go away. since you have been walking, you have been using your muscles and fat is wearing off. trust me i was watching on tv that this man went hiking for a month and he walked so much that his thighs were sore and then he lost alot of weight afterwards. i hope i helped. o and to keep them from hruting you can put lotion on them from hurting. i hope i helped ]
That sounds like a heat rash. Some cornstarch powder, or medicated powder if it's really bad, should clear it up. Make sure to put some on before you walk around a lot again, too. ]
Yeah... I've had that too. your thighs rub against eachother and they cause a rash like ecema(sp) You should probably go and lost some fat around your thighs because that what the problem is. I recoment you rub vitamin c (those soft jelley type, you pop the skin and rub them on) it works really well. ]
