20 lbs.

I want to lose about 20 lbs. Does any one have any tips on how to do this? I've tried dieting, excercise, and having smaller portions but none of them have worked for me.

okay here is what you do:
if your a girl:
when you get a food craving, you get some nail polish, and you paint your nails. by the time that the nail polish has dried, your food craving will have more than likely perrished.

While having painted your nails, this prevents you from using your hands to get food, open food, and hold food.

This sort of isnt healthy.. but its a desperate measures kind of thing. I eat about 400 calories a day, and jump rope two hours each day which burns off about double the calories i intake. At this rate you'll lose about 5 lbs a week. Which makes it 20 pounds in a month.

have you tried doing them all at the same time?? because usually if eat smaller portions and eat healthier and excercise alot you should b able to lose 20 pounds pretty fast.hope i helped XoXo

If you want to lose weight you have to stick with essentials.

-sleep at least 9-10 hours
-eat breakfast every morning, not saying you have to eat a huge breakfast, but eat a good sized meal
-stop eating after 8pm
-eat 3 meals and 3 snacks
-if u eat something small/healthy every 3 hrs it helps ur metabolism
-exersize, i know you tried it, but it takes time

Losing weight takes time and effort and requires the proper balance of Excercise and Nutrition. For Nutrition, you should eat light, such as fruit, vegetables, crackers, fish, tofu, and deli (white) meats. Stay away from too much dairy or red meat though! And as far as exercise goes, try to find a personal work out plan that suits your body, depending on what muscles you want to tone up. For example: Obviously if you want to tone your abs, do situps every day. Below are some websites on nutrition and exercise.

well theres different types of diets you can go on maybe you shound try to cut down on eating bread and other fatty things, another thing dont dit in front of the computer when you can be out jogging! hope i helped!
