A condom is basically protection people use who are having sex to get a baby. It look like a long, stretchy, plasticy balloon. People have developed female condoms they're a bit more comlicated though. I don't think there's a certain age to buy them although they should. They even get passed out free in certain highschools.

There's condoms that girls can wear but it goes in you I don't know exactly what it's called but yeah. But most condoms other than those kinds are made for guys they put it on their penis's, and there is really no certain age to buy them but I'd highly suggest you be atleast 12 or atleast in your teens. A condom is something to protect you frm having a baby when you ahve sex..girls dont wear them..just guys..And hen i say have sex i think you know where i mean they go..you dont have to be a certain age at all...and if you are sexually active and to embaressed too buy condoms then ask you parents..i konw that seems embarrasing..but it may work

Now. A condom is a latex device used to keep people safe from sexually transmitted diseases. It's also a preventive method against pregnancy. It goes on a man's penis before sex, so as to act as a sort of... barrier.
As far as I know, you don't have to be a certain age to buy them -- but then again, if you don't know what they are, then why are you asking in the first place?

Boys wear a condom on their penis. Girls do not wear them. However if they think they may get in a situation where it might be needed, they can carry one around for protection. NEVER have sex without protection. some STDs are very dangerous and some life threatening (AIDS).
I honestly don't know if there is a certain age you have to be to buy them. I have never seen a sign posted so I will assume there isn't. A quick call to your local health department could tell you for certain.
