OK, so i sweat really bad under my arms ... i think i have whats called hyperhydrosis. Besides diff. types of deoderants(and believe me, i have tried them ALL) is there anything else i can do to fix this problem? Please help, i start hs in 3 weeks, and this makes me really uncomfortable, and all i can wear is white tees, every other color shows the sweat. Please help me, i need it.
x_mystery answered Monday August 8 2005, 12:06 am: Ask your parents to take you to the dermatologist. They can diagnose you with whatever you have, and can also perscribe perscription-strength anti-perspirants. If you cannot get an appointment before school starts, and you feel uncomfortable, then go to your local drugstore (CVS, Walgreens) and ask the pharmacist what is the strongest over the counter ANTI-PERSPIRANT (you want that, it helps calm the sweat glands down) that they have. Use whatever they recommend, and what helps is to rub a little talc powder under your arms over the anti-perspirant. Try that, and remember, other people at your school have that problem, its common, so don't be too embarrased. =) [ x_mystery's advice column | Ask x_mystery A Question ]

Go to the doctor and tell them.
99.9% chance they will prescribe Drysol.
It's liquid and you just rub it on at night.
It irritates the skin for the first couple days/weeks.
But once you get past that, it'll keep you dry.
