Weirdo in new school?
i will be a new freshman in High school, will i get picked on like in Mean Girl movie?
well here are reason why i might (and i am already being picked on in my bus because they are racist) but i am pretty decent in friends and cliques... i dont get picked on by popular kids
1. i am Asian
so in bus there is my neighborhood and other neighborhood where all black people lives and few of them pick on me for being asian.
2. i am not skinny, i am not obese because when people guess my weight, they guess less then 20 pounds then i actually weigh, but i can lose lot more pounds.
3. i have this enemy who was my ex best friend.
so please help how to avoid those mean racist people in my bus and my enemy... and how to get a boy friend ! =) (sorry about the last one but i am desperate)

Basically, you'll just have to deal with it. Other kids are mean. It'll get better as you get older, though; most of your peers will gain in maturity, and even if they're racists, they'll know better than to bitch about it. High school is a drag, and worrying too much about socialization will just make it worse. Concentrate on your studies; if you go on to college, you'll be glad that you did.
And don't threaten people with the law, no matter how many lawyers you know. You can't press charges because someone makes fun of you, even if it is because they're a racist. Read the Constitution, especially the First Amendment. It guarentees that people can say whatever they want to, barring those things that cause harm (like yelling "bomb" on an airplane, when there's no bomb). Racism ain't nice, but it's not illegal either, no matter what your family tells you.

I'm sorry that your asian, its a very sad thing to be. And because of this you will always be picked on and you will never get a boyfriend unless he is another fat asian.

First of all Mean Girls exaggerate High school; sure people get picked on in High School but there is very little one can do about racist and mean people.
However I do have a few tips that might help!
(1) First of all know you can’t change someone else’s view, we all are own governors.
Know this will help you in the next few steps
(2) If someone is picking on you for whatever the reason, they in tells they insecure of themselves. Why does this mater you may ask, well KNOWING THAT and the REASON for picking on someone, one can deduce that they only do it too boost themselves. So by simple deduction all you have to do remove the thing they want most out of you (your pain). This in tells that you pay no attention to them or their antic. How you may ask; that is something you must find on your own. It will not be easy but it will be worth it!
(3) Believe that you are great, that you are special. This will boost your self esteem and people will notice and like being around you if you have high self esteem.
(4) Be your self, don’t follow the “In Crowd” be you own self.
(5) Have fun and enjoy these moments. They are numbered and once there gone there is no returning.
There are more things I could tell you but it is not my place to. I hope this works out for you. And don’t worry about the bf. The time will come for you to have one when you are ready, don’t rush you childhood away for the idea of Love. Best wishes

don't sweat it. highschool isn't all as bad as they make it out to be in the movies. infact, most of the drama that ever goes in is because of preps. (one of the reasons i sort of didnt fall into their crowd). as of looks, this is probably one of the best places to be different or stand out, because everyone is like that. highschool is so big and there's so many diverse people that you getting picked on will be an unlikely. if it helps, i'm asian too lol. and though i'm not as obese as you're making yourself out to be, which i dobut you really are, i'm pretty short (even for an asian). i'm going into my sophomore year and honestly, besides the tremendous homework and hard thinking skills, highschool is fun.
definately be patient with the guys. i felt like that as well when i first started highschool and now i sort of regret getting so into guys when i should have focused more on school (nerd to the max, yeah i know). there's alot of bad guys out in highschool, so don't wear your heart on your sleeve too often.
