about a month ago my boyfriend and I slept together. recently, i've noticed a ton of crazy things. my boobs are really soft and they hurt alot; my stomach randomly gets sharp pains in it or tingly type things, i have really bad headaches, i sleep more than usual and i kinda pee alot. i think i'm pregnant. my friend is buying me a test so i'll know tomorrow for sure. but is a month long enough that it will actually detect anything? please help. i'm 15 and im kinda lost at this whole situation.

If not the chances are that you are pregnant and them are signs that you are pregnant! soo you just might be pregnant! good luck! What i would do is tell your parents right away and see if they can help you, and if you dont want the baby you can always put it up for adoption or have aborchion or however you spell it
AbsoluteCuti170 answered Sunday July 31 2005, 3:49 pm: wow!! well you definatly need to take the pregnency test because those are all symptoms of being pregnant.. and if you are pregnat tell your parents.. they need to know and they will help you out.. no matter what happens they will still love you!!But if they are the type that take it the wrong way then go to a teen clinic and get help..and if you arent pregnant please take care of yourself next time.. 15 is such a young age to have a child.. and if you are pregnant make sure the guy knows and let him know that he is for sure the father and that he needs to have some resposibility..dont let him off the hook..a month is definatly long enough to detect the pregnancy hormone..make sure you prepare yourself for the arrival of this child and love it with all your heart.. tht makes everything easier.. finish school and go to college so this child can have a future a happy and healthy one..
oh and another way to know is if your period stopped then definatly check it out BYE!!
And take care..if you need more advice send me a instant mesaage on the following screenames

ncblondie answered Saturday July 30 2005, 2:36 pm: Depending on the quality and sensitivity of the pregnancy test, they can detect pregnancy as early as a couple weeks after conception. After a month, the test should be able to tell.
If you continue having the symptoms but the test says you're not, I would consider going to a doctor, your health department, or a planned parenthood office for testing just to be sure. [ ncblondie's advice column | Ask ncblondie A Question ]
xoMarisox answered Saturday July 30 2005, 11:14 am: If your period was late then yeah, you are prob. pregnant. The test may be able to find out if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant.. do something about it! If your not.. be careful in the future! [ xoMarisox's advice column | Ask xoMarisox A Question ]

TheOldOne answered Saturday July 30 2005, 7:42 am: From what you're saying, it's certainly very possible that you're pregnant. Those are definitely some of the symptoms.
If it happened a month ago, a home pregnancy test will be able to tell if you're pregnant. You'll need to read all the instructions carefully, and use the test correctly. If the results are positive, you should go to your OB/GYN or doctor for a confirming test immediately - although modern home tests are pretty reliable.
Your OB/GYN will be able to tell you what options you have.
If you're pregnant, and you choose to stay pregnant, there are a lot of things that you'll need to do. You should stop smoking, if you smoke, and give up alcohol, if you drink. Avoiding caffeine is also a very good idea. You'll need to take prenatal vitamins, too. Follow your OB/GYN's advice.
If you're NOT pregnant, it would be smart to take a lesson from this experience. ALWAYS practice safe sex: use condoms EVERY TIME, and read the instructions so that you're sure you're using them right. It would also be smart to use a second type of birth control, such as the Pill; talk to your OB/GYN to find out your options.
If you don't have an OB/GYN, you can get some useful information from Planned Parenthood online:
