There are several things you need to do.
1. Tell your parents. They should go with you to talk to the principal.
2. If that doesn't help, make sure that your parents and the principal know that he's still bothering you. You'll probably need to go to the police. DON'T call 911, though, unless that boy is actually threatening you right then. Look up the main number for the local police station, and tell them you're being stalked. Laws about stalking are different from state to state, so the police will tell you what your options are. A restraining order is usually available.
But it almost certainly won't go that far. The principal should be able to get this matter settled for you.

I know you might now want to make a big fuss over it, but if you've made it perfectly clear to him that he needs to keep his distance, and he does not.. I should file a restraining order. wat i think you should do is tell your boyfriend that the person who is following you wont leave you alone no matter how many time you tell him nicly to stop if your boyfriend still thinks your cheating then really sweetie i dont see how you could get him to believe you let your boyfriend no the truth tho that always helps when you get the chance and that stocker dude calls u let him know that you have a boy and that the stocker is hurting the relation let him no if he had any heart he wouldnt want to hurt you i think that should help you let me no if u need more help
