i want to go on a diet so that when school starts i will have something to feel good about and not just the torture of school starting but i just cant stop eating im 13 years old and i weight 106 lbs and have a big tummy i have been doing crunches but i just cant stop eating any suggestions i rate 5s help please asap

WHAT?! You don't need to be on a diet! You probably do have a fast matabolism though. What you could do, is start running. And a better workout than situps is by laying down on your back, and lift up your legs 6in. of the ground. your legs should be straight. Then do sissor kicks. Those are helpful ]

Well since you can't stop eating just eat healthy foods, like salads or fruit or something. And drink water whenever you're thirsty. (not like soda or anything like that)

Unless you are two-and-a-half feet tall, 106 pounds is not "big".
You don't want to lose weight, you want to tone what you have! (swap fat for muscle)
Do NOT stop eating normally. If you do, your body will think it's in a famine and will lower your metabolism and you may actually gain weight because your body is panicking and storing everything it can.
Exercise, exercise, exercise. Go for walks, go swimming, play sports or tennis or badminton or frisbee or volleyball, etc. You can do crunches too, but stay active.
Drink lots and lots of water, and cut down on soda. If you do these things, you won't have to worry about what you eat as long as it's not totally crazy like candy bars 20 times a day. ;-) ]
im 17 .. and i used to weigh 150 .. yea talk about huge . i kno weigh 128 .. wooo woo lost almost 30 lbs. all i did was south beach diet. its a better way of living. and you can still eat a whole crap load. believe me. makes you feel happy. neways your skinny as a stick . 106 lbs. you dont need to lose ne weight. but if thats wut you want for yourself then all the power to you .

well if you start running now or something that makes you sweat you will probably be in good shape before school!!! sweating makes you lose pounds but you have to work at it and also not eat junk food all the time and try to eat some healthy food!! hope i helped!

hun you dont need to go one a diet when your 13. you sound like the average weight. ]
i am 5'9'' and turned 14 in janurary. and i weighed around 115. i am sure that the excersize and eating right is working. But just be careful about snacking. I heard not to eat after 9 pm. Also between meals make sure not to have a really big snack so your next meal will fill you up and not the snack.

Hun you don't weigh a lot. Your weight is normal for a 13 year old (normal weight 90-100) Its really okay if you weigh 6 pounds more. About the eating problem, eat at the time breakfast and lunch etc. your supposed to eat. For example lunch is supposed to be between 12 to 1 pm. Also excercise doesn't happen over night if your that concerned you should go to a gym. But doing a sport you like is much better than doing excercise. Hope I Helped and Good Luck! ]
you're at a perfect weight for your age..but if you wanna lose weight you could start by drinking alot of water..it fills you up and its healthy..also eat foods like oatmeal, cereal, salads, fruits etc. ]
