I need some help on losing weigh 4 high school. Since this is a rural I live on don't even think about saying walkin cause it muddy and always wet. But wat r some ways I can? Thank you oh yea I weigh 200bls and i am 5'7
rikatree2375 answered Saturday July 30 2005, 11:05 pm: You can start by going on a healty diet. Just watch what you eat and how much of it. Don't do anything extreme though since you're younger. Do some simple exercises around your house. You can also ask your doctor for a diet pill that actually works. Hope i helped.
historygrl4no1 answered Friday July 29 2005, 8:51 am: I would try some simple exercise routines at home, and sometimes those found in magazines. If you took gym in a little grade ( K - 5 ) then I would use those. All of this you can do in the privacy of your home and bedroom. Hope this helped.

Then try jogging with a pedometer every morning doing like 1 mile or 2 i can run 20 miles trust me so it should be easy for you to do at least 2.
