Im a cheerleader and have done gymnastics since i was 5 (now im 14). Im an all around gymnast, so I stretch for all events but i can narrow it done. Do splits, bridges, stretch your wrists and ankles, shoulders, legs, pretty much everything so you dont pull anything. Tumbling wise, it depends how advanced you are. Like, for your first time tumbling, they wouldnt have u start with a roundoff backhanspring. In gymnastics, i do front tucks, front walkovers, front handsprings, backhandsprings, back tucks, round-offs, aerials (no handed cartwheel), round-off backhandsprings, round-off backhandspring backtuck... and yea, lots of other stuff. If you drop one in my inbox, i can tell you what you could start off with! Hope I helped!!

Well when you first get there you do stretches such as splits (left right and stratle) then you put your legs into a sitting strattle and touch your toes then after that you do cartwheels roundoffs rolls back walk overs, front handsprings, and back handsprings. Sorry thats all i can think of but i hope i helped.

i take a tumbling class and we do a couple laps of running then we stretch out just like you would for cheering. splits, butterfly, pike, bridges, backs, and doing things for like wrists and ankles. in the class they have a goal like back hand spring, front hand spring or front or back tuck. so you will do drills that will help you with those and different skills for cartwheels.

ok i dont know if i can help you but i used to take gymnastic classes so yea. ok first they teach you how to stretch ever part of your body (neck, legs, arms, wrist, ankles etc) then you should sign up for the level you are like beggin middle or advance except there are like 5 levels and the teach you what to do step by step and they help you do it until you got it.. i only did it for 2 years but i learned cartwheels, hand stands, back bands, flips (front and back) i learned about those bars that you jump on and the balance bean and how to do moves on that.. i hope this helps you out.
