A diet high in fruits, veggies, and lean proteins will also help. Drink lots of water since a lot of stomach weight is actually from bloating and the water will help flush it away. Try to avoid sweets and carbohydrates (breads, pastas) as these often cause bloat and build up as fat in your body.
