ABS Kay. well I want toned flat abs. Like not the 6 pack looking ones. KInd of like jessica albas. What excerises can I do to have those kind of abs. THx! xOxOx..

Sit-ups, crunches, and twists will all help tone that area. A diet high in fruits, veggies, and lean proteins will also help. Drink lots of water since a lot of stomach weight is actually from bloating and the water will help flush it away. Try to avoid sweets and carbohydrates (breads, pastas) as these often cause bloat and build up as fat in your body.

Doing abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups will help tone your abs. ]
Do sit ups and crunches. They will help loads! :)
