Fat How is it that somedays I think I'm fat and then other days I look skinny?

it could be the clothing you are wearing, the mood you are in, the way you are looking at yourself, or what mirror you are looking at. Also, if you just ate food, you will probably look bigger.

Not sure but it could be the clothes that you wear, some clothes could make you look bigger then others.

You are possibly gaining extra weight a few days before your period is due owing to water retention.(I'm assuming you ARE female).
People also are slightly heavier at the end of the day than when they get up first thing in the morning, which is why that is the time of day you should weigh yourself ]
same thing happens to me like today i look skiney but yeterday i looked relly fat and some times its the way your standing cause if your leaning forward you'll look fatter then when you lean back ... or if ur sloching or standing straight ♥ alyssa ]
A lot of people acually feel that way. It does depend on what you eat and wear tho. I mean if you are eating a lot of junk food and you will feel bloated and then you will start thinking that you are fat. And sometimes if you wear some tight shirts and you dont like how it looks on you you will feel fat. ll ♥ ll ]
same thing happens to me but i just think i've gained weight..maybe the days that you look at yourself and think you are skinny is in the morning when you wake up? and the days that you think you are "fat" are at night...because you have just eatten so look a little bloated. :)

It could be related to how you look at yourself that day - if you're more depressed, you look less attractive, of you're happy and cheerful, you look more attractive.
Or it could be the clothing. Some people actually do eat enough at times that they look physically larger around the mid-section, but that's pretty difficult to do - you have to eat a LOT.
But it actually happens to me as well. I think it's related to my sub-conscious. ]
Maybe it is wat you wear or wat you think you eattin but your not fat just don't go on one of those crash diets

Well its kinda weird you weigh diffret weights at diffret times in the day thats probly why.
